Finance Director
Leslie Mehta Campaign
The Leslie Mehta for Congress campaign is seeking a motivated and hard-working Finance Director to join our team, as we work to flip Virginia’s First District from red to blue. The Finance Director will be tasked with creating and executing a comprehensive finance plan for the campaign, cultivating relationships with state and national donors, overseeing the success of our low to high-dollar fundraising events, and managing our Deputy Finance Director. The Finance Director will report to the Campaign Manager.
Candidates comfortable handling the following responsibilities >> at the intermediate level are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with a salary commensurate with the applicant’s experience and an immediate start date. Richmond-area preferred, but negotiable.

Call Time Manager
Leslie Mehta Campaign
The Leslie Mehta for Congress campaign is seeking a motivated and hardworking Call Time Manager to join our team, as we work to flip Virginia’s First District from red to blue. The Call Time Manager will be responsible for staffing call time with the candidate, following up with donors, and event recruitment or staffing as needed. The Call Time Manager will report to the Deputy Finance Director.
Candidates who are comfortable handling the following responsibilities >>> at the beginner or intermediate level are encouraged to apply. This is a part time, hourly position between 25-30 hours a week, and an immediate start date. Richmond-area preferred, but negotiable.

Political Finance Intern
Dr. Danny Avula Campaign
Dr. Danny Avula’s campaign for Mayor of Richmond, VA seeks qualified, hardworking Political Finance Interns to join the team dedicated to building a healthy and thriving city. The Political Finance Interns will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our campaign by developing and implementing many aspects of our fundraising program, including assisting in the execution of the finance plan set by the campaign. There are five candidates running in a competitive general Mayoral election on November 5th, 2024. If the race goes to a runoff, a special election will be held onDecember 17th, 2024. Dr. Danny Avula for Richmond Mayor is seeking motivated and hard-working Political finance interns to start immediately. Interns will be responsible for supporting the fundraising efforts of the campaign. Positions are in person and will report directly to the Finance Assistant.
